1. How do I book an appointment?

Bookings are made directly with me by WhatsApp.

Please include your name, address, preferred date and time, and the treatment you would like.

 

2. Where are appointments available?

I offer mobile treatments across Earl’s Court, Kensington, Chelsea, South Kensington and Knightsbridge.

Other areas may be available with an additional travel fee.

 

3. What are your working hours?

Monday to Friday, 10 am – 7 pm.

Weekend visits may be available by request.

 

4. What payment methods do you accept?

A 50% deposit is required to secure your appointment.

The remaining balance is paid at the time of your session.

Bank transfer is preferred.

 

5. What is your cancellation policy?

You may reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

Less than 24 hours may incur a 50% fee.

 

6. Do I need to complete a consultation form?

Yes. A short consultation form will be completed in person at the start of your first session, so I can ensure your treatment is safe and tailored to your needs.

 

7. Are there any health conditions I should mention?

Yes. Please inform me of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or recent changes to your health, so I can ensure the treatment is safe and suitable for you.

 

8. Do I need GP approval?

Some medical conditions require GP approval before treatment.

This includes Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), recent surgery, diabetes, an immunodeficiency disorder, epilepsy, heart condition or circulatory disorders where massage may not be recommended. This is simply to ensure your safety.

9. What type of massage do you offer?

I offer relaxing holistic massage using light and medium pressure to reduce tension and support wellbeing. I also provide Brazilian Lymphatic Drainage for detoxification, sculpting and reducing bloating.

 

10. Do you bring all the equipment?

Yes — I bring the massage table, oils and everything needed for your treatment.

 

11. How long will the therapist be at my home?

A 60-minute session typically requires around 70 minutes in total, including setup and pack-down.

 

12. What should I wear during the massage?

You may undress to your comfort level.

Professional draping is always used to maintain your privacy.

 

13. Do I need to prepare anything before the session?

Please prepare a quiet space with room for the massage table.

Three large towels are required.

 

14. What should I do after my treatment?

Drink plenty of water.

Avoid caffeine, alcohol and heavy meals for a few hours.

A light walk or gentle movement can help support circulation.
