Terms and Conditions – Sense Rituals

1. Booking and Confirmation

All appointments must be arranged directly via phone call or WhatsApp.

Please include the following information when booking:

• Your full name

• Your address (for home visits)

• Your preferred date and time

• The treatment you would like to receive

 

Your appointment will be confirmed once all details are received and availability is approved.

2. Consultation Form

A consultation form will be completed in person at your first session.

This ensures the treatment is safe, suitable and tailored to your needs.

If you have any medical concerns before your appointment, please contact me in advance.

3. Health Conditions and GP Approval

Please let me know in advance if you have any medical conditions, injuries, allergies or recent changes to your health, so I can make sure the treatment is safe for you. This treatment may not be suitable if you have an active infection, blood clots or a history of Deep Vein Thrombosis (DVT), circulatory disorders, heart conditions, diabetes with complications, immune-related conditions, epilepsy, or if you are pregnant. If any of these apply to you, you may need written approval from your GP before your session, simply to ensure your safety and that the treatment is appropriate for you.

4. Payments & Deposits

A 50% deposit is required at the moment your appointment is confirmed.

Once your booking is approved, I will send you my bank details so you can complete the deposit.

 

The remaining balance is paid upon my arrival for your session.

 

All deposits are non-refundable, but they can be transferred if you reschedule with at least 24 hours’ notice.

5.  Cancelations and Rescheduling

You may reschedule your appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. With enough notice, your deposit will be fully transferred to the new date.Cancellations or changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the treatment value.

 

If I need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, no fees will apply and your deposit will be moved to a new date.

6. Therapist Right to Refuse Treatment

For safety and professional reasons, I reserve the right to refuse or stop a treatment if:

 

• You present any medical condition that makes the massage unsafe

• There are signs of illness, fever or infection

• The consultation form is not completed honestly

• The environment is not suitable for a professional treatment

• Any behaviour is inappropriate or makes me feel unsafe

 

In these situations, the appointment may be cancelled, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.

7. Environment and Access

As services are provided in the client’s home, please ensure a quiet, safe, and clean environment with enough space
for the massage table and equipment.

8. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal information is handled in accordance with UK GDPR regulations. Your data will be kept confidential and
used solely for treatment purposes.

9. Service areas

Appointments are available in Earl’s Court, Kensington, Chelsea, High Street Kensington, South Kensington,Knightsbridge, Notting Hill, Holland Park, Fulham, and Gloucester Road. If you’re based further away, please contact us to discuss availability and travel fees.

10. Communication
